UpdateBIM Private Cloud allows to manage a Revit component catalog (Insertable and System Families), privately, i.e. only users invited by the catalog owner can use the published families.

Among the tools of the administrator users we can find the guest user management option, so that simply by sending an email an invitation can be sent.

The invited user, in addition to the access to the private catalog, can use all the objects that are available in the public catalogs that are published by those companies that use “UpdateBIM Manufacturer”, which allow without restrictions the use of their Revit families to the Revit user community at a global level.
