From the UpdateBIM web interface it is possible for the Catalog Manager to add one or more documents to the family type.

In this way, while browsing through the project, documents associated to the selected family can be consulted.

ApliCAD UpdateBIM uses AZURE cloud services to ensure that data is secure and the level of response is 24x7x365 for any access and management of BIM objects that you publish for use in your organization.

There are administrators and users.

Users are those who are invited by the group of administrators to use the families that are available on the platform.

Administrators are in charge of adding, modifying and deleting content and users accessing the library in the private cloud.

External users can be invited by administrators and permission control can be removed at any time.

If a user is invited and does not have the license to use the program, it will be assigned as a guest user of which we will pay the license for the use of ApliCAD UpdateBIM Private Cloud.
