Prices of the different services

The price is calculated by adding the costs generated by the registered users + the cost of the volume of data used on the platform.

Example of calculation

As defined above, there are 2 prices to consider:

  • Number of users (own and external without license).
  • Volume of data in UpdateBIM

For example:

Construction Company having:

25 internal users + 15 external users (collaborators).

Total Users = 40 users

Total Volume: 800 MB of data

With this data, the monthly cost would be: 40 users x 8€ * 800 MB * 0,2€ = 480€.

The cost calculation is done on a daily basis and can be consulted by the Administrator from the UpdateBIM web interface.

For this calculation the maximum value of the day is used, for example, if we have invited 5 users and we have 45, but at the end of the day we cancel 2 users, the calculation of the cost of users of that day will use the maximum of 45, being the following day and successive days the data of 43 as long as no users are added or removed.
