A manufacturer typically aims to make their product families available in BIM format to their clients and specifiers, and in our case, specifically for Autodesk Revit.
A manufacturer’s catalog in ApliCAD UpdateBIM is always public, meaning that any Revit user with the ApliCAD UpdateBIM plugin can download the products that the manufacturer has included in their catalog without restrictions.

- Easy Access to Products: Users can easily obtain the products that the manufacturer has added to their catalog without the need for additional configuration. They simply need to search for the object that best fits their needs and, with a single click, integrate it into their project.
- Free of Charge: Users who utilize the public catalogs do not need to acquire any license. All that is required is a valid email address to start downloading objects. Therefore, the cost to the user is zero.
- Updates and Notifications: If new objects are added or modifications are made to the products used in projects, UpdateBIM notifies the user, allowing them to decide whether an update is necessary.
