Private Cloud System #
The Private Cloud system operates similarly to the manufacturer system, with the key difference being that the catalog is private and only accessible to users who have been invited by the owner.
Users of the private catalog also have direct access to all public catalogs.
The usage license for accessing the private catalogs to which a user has been invited can be paid for by the user themselves or by one of the companies that invited them to use the private catalog.
License allocation is managed by the administrator, who can also revoke it at any time.
Advantages for the Catalog Owner: #
- Control over project content: All projects are developed using the official and authorized family catalog, improving object search times and ensuring that all users work with the latest versions of the families.
- Usage statistics: The owner receives statistics on the use of the families within their catalog.
- Management tools: Tools are provided to facilitate project management.
- Flexible catalog management: It is possible to have multiple catalogs, with user assignments defined by catalog. A user with a license will only have access to the catalogs to which they have been invited.
- Adjustable cost: The cost is calculated based on consumption, with daily calculations and a monthly cost forecast.
Advantages for the User: #
- Centralized access to standardized content: Users have a single place to obtain standardized families, avoiding the need to search for alternatives or create non-standardized content.
- Update notifications: In the event of changes to the families, the system allows users to easily see if updates are needed.
